Terms of Use
2.1 Role of iPlan:
• iPlan serves as a platform connecting clients and vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality of their services, while iPlan acts as an intermediary
• iPlan is not liable for vendor-related issues but will assist in dispute resolution.
2.2 Account Usage
• Registration is limited to users aged 18 and above.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Misuse of the platform (e.g., fraudulent activity, spamming) will result in account suspension or termination
2.3 Payment Policy
• Payments are processed through secure, approved methods.
• Commission fees are automatically deducted from vendor transactions.
2.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy Vendor Based:
• Each vendor sets their own cancellation and refund policies. Clients must review and agree to these policies during booking.
• iPlan is not responsible for enforcing vendor refund policies but may assist in dispute resolution.
Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:
• Clients are entitled to a full refund or a suitable replacement in the event of vendor cancellations
Dispute Resolution:
• iPlan serves as a mediator in disputes between clients and vendors. Unresolved issues will be referred to Saudi judicial authorities, as applicable.
Refund Processing
Refund timelines and methods depend on the vendor’s policy. iPlan ensures vendors comply with their stated policies.
2.5 Force Majeure
in cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions), bookings and services will be re-evaluated to protect the interests of all parties involved. iPlan will act as a mediator to ensure fair resolutions between clients and vendors, considering the specific circumstances of each case. Any related disputes will be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.
2.6 Prohibited Activities:
Users must not:
• Use the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or spamming.
• Harm or abuse other users or vendors.
Penalties for Violations:
• Accounts engaged in prohibited activities will face suspension or termination. Misuse can be reported via [admin@iplan.com.sa].
2.7 User Rights (GDPR/CCPA Compliance)
Users have the following rights:
• Access: Request details of the personal data we hold.
• Modification: Request corrections to your data
• Deletion: Request data removal.
• Opt-Out: opt out of marketing communications or data sharing.
2.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
• These policies are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including those issued by governmental authorities.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

Our app uses PubNub, a real-time data streaming and messaging service, to provide fast and secure communication features. This service is integrated solely for in-app functionality and does not collect or share personal data beyond what is necessary for its operation.

PubNub facilitates real-time messaging and notifications within our app. The data processed may include:
• Messages sent and received within the app.
• Device identifiers (non-personally identifiable) for real-time synchronization.
• Connection metadata to ensure seamless communication.

• All communications through PubNub are encrypted to ensure security and privacy.
• We do not share, sell, or misuse any user data processed by PubNub.

Third-Party Data Handling
• PubNub does not have access to or store personal user data beyond what is required for real-time messaging.
• Users' private messages are not stored permanently by PubNub or our app.

Delete Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the delete account section inside the application. Once your account is deleted, all associated personal data will be scheduled for removal.
Data Retention After Deletion
After you delete your account, your data will be securely retained for 45 days. This retention period allows for potential recovery in case the deletion was accidental or in the event of disputes. During this time, your data will not be used for any purpose.
After the 45-day period, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
You do not need to make a separate request for data deletion—this process happens automatically after account deletion.
